“Again, I had a great experience with Ali from AllTech. While it was not the least expensive being that my AC was out, at least the issue was found and he was very knowledgeable and personable. Very respectful and experienced. He worked on all my concerns and we will see if they are all resolved but certainly he did a great job getting our unit back up and running. The noise issue I still have and will have to have him back out but I am sure at some point it can get resolved. At least I hope so for such an expensive unit.”
