BLB Design/ Build

“Having executed four separate building projects with BLB Design / Build – one residential and three commercial – I can attest to their superior skill, efficiency, and value.”

“BLB was wonderful to work with. Ben was amenable to all of our ideas and gave us valuable input. The workmanship and attention to detail were very good. And the work was done on time and on budget. I highly recommend BLB Design / Build.”

“Excellent overall experience. BLB worked with me to renovate my home which was originally built around 1850. Ben did a great job providing me with a very detailed cost estimate, and change orders as the job progressed. The reconstruction and craftsmanship are outstanding, and well-matched to retain the character of my colonial home. The team has the knowledge, foresight, and experience needed to work with older homes.”

“We recently renovated my mother’s single-family home back to a two-family to allow for generational living and thinking about the future. We did have some surprises due to the age of the house, but Ben offered solid solutions that worked and helped keep extra costs down. Our new house is beautiful and my mom is loving her space as well. We highly recommend Ben for any project.”

“The crew was outstanding, cooperative, helpful, knowledgeable, and very neat. Because we had to live through the construction it would have been difficult had Ben not coordinated the outside contractors to meet the deadline. BLB does quality work and was supervised to make sure we were pleased throughout the project.”

“Punctual, professional, and perfect are three words that describe BLB. From the initial consultation to the site visit to the construction and final finishes, we really enjoyed having BLB working on our house. No request was too much and was received with ‘Yeah, we can do that.””

“BLB has been great to work with, both as contractors and as people. I will use them again on my next home project and recommend them to anyone who asks. And if asked, I will tell them that BLB cares more about your house as much as you do. It’s really that simple.”

“Ben is a classic professional. He is prompt, attentive, trustworthy, honest, and more creative, and talented than one can imagine. He is attentive to schedules and swift with responses – and very patient. Ben’s high values are a rarity; he and his team of artisans deserve the highest of praises.”

“What we were most impressed with was their attention to all the “little things” that are so hard to find in today’s economy…always on time, always neat, always respectful of our home, always in touch if something was behind schedules. These little things mean everything to a homeowner when hiring a contractor.”
