“Extremely poor service. Called to inquire about the dieselgate warranty as my vehicle is still under the 11 year 160k mile timeline. Was told that no longer exists and when I explained to them it in fact does they all of sudden knew what I was talking about. Became very hostile and hung up the phone on me. This location does not want to honor a literal agreement they made under US law.”

“these guys really suck here! they scheduled me to come in and view a car i had been interested in and they even called me early morning to confirm that. AN HOUR LATER into my drive there they email me and tell me the car was sold??? this was weird and unexpected so i looked on their website and the car was still up for sale, i emailed from a different account trying to see if i could see the car under a different alias and GUESS WHAT! they scheduled my appointment for 3PM!? they are liars and they are terrible people! especially MALIK!”

“They’ll deny you service if you’re not directly financing through them, which is quite amusing. They had previously lied and claimed to have sold a car that I was planning to visit and test drive. However, when they discovered that I was financing through a bank, they swiftly decided to label the car as “Sold” and continued to deceive me. Interestingly, the car is still listed on their website.”
