““My first time to Catalina Island was not disappointing. Driver was waiting for us when we arrived to take us up to the house, that sits on the hill with views of both harbors. They will drive you up and back to the beach as often as you would like, except for the hour of 5 to 6 pm, their wine hour. You want to be at the house for wine hour, where they have wine, cheese, crackers, and grapes that you can consume while looking over the mooring boats and the activities going on below, from their patio. This part of the island is perfect for a quiet romantic get away!””
““My husband and I had a wonderful weekend at the Banning House Lodge in Two Harbors on Catalina Island. The Banning House was so charming, clean, and lovely. The views were unbeatable and the room was super cozy and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and kind. Breakfast was offered each morning. Every evening from 5 to 6 p.m., the Banning House offered a complimentary wine and cheese tasting. I will definitely be back and cannot believe this was my first time here.””
““Our second time staying at this charming, peaceful property. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The property itself will win your hearts with the breathtaking views from the courtyards and the overall tranquil feeling on the grounds. This is the perfect place to come if you want life to move a little slower for a couple of days. The beds were very comfortable and the staff welcome you like you’re old friends. I had an extremely enjoyable afternoon just reading in the sun on one of the side courtyards looking out over Two Harbors.””
