“My spouse and I were very pleased with our Cloud Comfort techs: Carlos and Isaiah, who arrived in the appointed time frame, politely introduced themselves, clearly explained the steps for inspection of our AC unit, went on our roof using their own ladder and tools and when done, gave us a report of our unit and showed us photos of our AC unit that were taken while they were inspecting our unit on the roof.
