Coast Mountain Roof Ltd

“Brad replaced one of our main roofs in 2014. Very professional and competitively priced. Thank you! We will definitely use Coast Mountain Roof when the rest of our roof reaches 30–35 years. Fiona Court Strata, Vancouver.”

“Replaced decayed trim and caps on three built-up chimneys. They had proper staging, replaced the trim and pans, and added a rain screen. Fortunately, they found no damage to the underlying structures. They seemed to have experience making this kind of repair and performed the task in a workmanlike manner.”

“Contacted Coast Mountain Roof last spring to have our roof redone from cedar shingles to asphalt shingles, with new rubber hidden gutters. They came with options and prices and worked with me on the timeline. They were efficient, and the onsite team was friendly, safe, and communicated well with me during the installation. Needless to say, we are very happy with our new roof and have managed to refer a few neighbours.”

“We have used Coast Mountain Roof for years. They are always prompt and professional. They rebuilt our roof deck beautifully, matching our heritage home perfectly.”

“Positive: Professionalism Excellent Roofing Company, Fast and Professional. Called up Coast Mountain for a new metal roof for my laneway house project in Vancouver. They were very professional, well priced and did a great roof installation. They were in and out, and cleaned up. They were very knowledgeable and provided me with good advice on the best system. I definitely would recommend them and use them again. Service: Roof installation”

“Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Really happy with the roofing service we received from the team at Coast Mountain roofing. Both Brad’s were helpful and responsive right from quoting through installation and after. When we weren’t 100% happy with the clean up, Brad G (the roofing company owner) came out personally to finish up for us. What more could we ask for! Would happily use them again but hopefully won’t need to for many years! We have already referred them to neighbours in Vancouver. Service: Roof installation”

“All we can say that it was a very professional job from start to finish. Thanks for making our new roof a very good experience.”

“We used Coast Mountain roofing after a bad experience with another roofing company in Vancouver. I found them through the BBB website, and received a response within a few hours. Their quotation was comprehensive, including proof of their work safe and insurance coverage; and their price was much cheaper than the other quotes I had received. Their employees were prompt, clean and happy to discuss various parts of the job with me to satisfy my curiosity.”

“The Coast Mountain Roof Team arrived on time and worked from early morning until after dinner. I haven’t seen a crew work like that before—they were efficient and worked extremely hard to ensure the roof was in place in a timely manner… …I am extremely pleased with the product and the service Coast Mountain provided and have confidence I will be enjoying a solid roof for many years to come.”

“We appreciated the friendly, flexible and responsive service Brad and his team offered. Their cedar shingle work on our roof is beautiful and well integrated with other aspects of the roof line. His team are craftsmen and the roofing costs were competitively priced. Thank you Brad for a job well done.”

“As well as providing preventative maintenance programs for all of our properties, Coast Mountain has re-roofed 3 of our larger buildings over the past 2 years. They are professional, reliable and always complete their work on time and most important within the estimated budget they provide. This is more then I can say for other roofing companies our firm has used in the past. The quality of their workmanship is un-surpassed and backed with solid warranties. Protecting our assets is of utmost importance, which is why we are happy to have Coast Mountain Roof on our side.”
