““The process of getting the unit built took longer than expected but it was exceptionally handled by our Project Manager Martin Schafer. Throughout the project Martin worked extremely hard to make sure things went as smooth as possible. He made several attempts and had success in getting the project completed. Should you decide to have a unit built, ask for Martin to be your Project Manager. You will be happy you did!””

““My partner and I absolutely LOVE our new tiny house!! We initially thought we could build our own but we had a strict deadline. We researched tons of different tiny home companies and looked extensively online. Their price was the best around, the quality of the product is nothing short of amazing (thanks GOD we didn’t try to make our own!) and every detail is beautiful. We had approximately 6 million questions and he was so patient and responsive. If you’re going tiny, consider them!””
““Cottage Smith has helped turn a deeply personal idea into something that feels truly possible. We’re exploring an in-law suite so we can keep our aging family close, and their team has shown so much care, understanding, and guidance throughout the process. Seeing their work and design options made us feel confident we’re creating more than just a space—we’re creating comfort, connection, and peace of mind for our family.””
