“This is a new review of Sam (Samir), as I previously left a review of Eliel. Because Google won't allow me to leave a second review, I'm adding to this one. Sam came out because our unit was not blowing cold air. He quickly diagnosed that it was the capacitor, changed it, and made additional suggestions to keep our system running well. Great customer service from this company always! I called them for an a/c tune-up. Eliel came out and performed it. He showed up within the designated time-frame, finished the job quickly, and was very professional.”

“Last Sunday my A/C was not cooling my home. I called FreshAir and they sent a technician out to assess what was going on. The technician arrived within an hour and a half after I called. He spent 2 hours to identify the problem and had the A/C working again. No problems since then. I didn’t need to pay for this service because I had a service contract for this year. Outstanding service and response time!”
