“I brought my car in for the second maintenance today. The staff at Horne Mazda treated me very well. They had me driven to the Black Bear Diner & picked up & brought back to the dealership. They did an excellent job on my car. They changed my oil, checked the air filters, rotated my tires, sawpped out the transmission fluid, and checked EVERYTHING else on the car. When they were finished, they washed the outside of my car. Excellent!”

“Friendliest staff of all the auto dealerships I’ve been to for service. Gabriella and Nava in particular were great. It’s clear staff enjoy doing the work they do, enjoy one another as colleagues, and enjoy interacting with customers. I won’t say I look forward to needing to visit again (because money), but I will say when the time comes, I’m happy to see them. Every time.”

My service adviser called promptly the next day to advise they couldn’t get to my repair right away and offered a loaner car which was a huge relief to not be without a car.
