What their customers say
Quotes from people at Landis Construction's customers.
“Landis has my highest recommendation for Design/Build firms in the DC area. We trusted Landis with the renovation of the second floor of our home - a roughly 150-year-old row house in Capitol Hill - and Landis did an amazing job keeping the project on schedule and within budget. The design process was a joy, and they kept us updated with photos and regular reports throughout construction. The outcome was spectacular - even better than we had hoped! We were absolutely delighted by the experience.”
“The Landis team did an excellent job on our bathroom renovation and window replacement. We loved working with their design team - beautiful selections. The daily project team was courteous, cheerful, and hard working. Overall a wonderful experience - very satisfied and highly recommend.”
“This team is great all around from start to finish they will always listen and care on what you want done. They are led by Ethan and he has so many great inspiring people that I am happy to have met. If you might think of getting some light Home remodeling done or Full home gut renovation you are in the right direction with this team they will take care of you.”
“We genuinely enjoyed the process and are delighted by the result. We sought out a design/build firm to help expedite the process, and were thrilled with how seamless and integrated everything was with Landis. We have heard countless stories from friends who have worked with other designers and builders in the DC area and have had projects full of problems (schedule and cost overruns). Landis’s expertise was amazing.”
“The design and work quality were outstanding. The PM was very responsive and cared about my concerns. All the Landis staff and trades people provided very high-quality work and were kind and friendly.”
