“My experience with Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria is shaky, I'm not feeling happy with them. Put a deposit on a vehicle that didn't meet standards and wasn't ready for delivery nor sale. Vehicle was in service for two weeks for told it was ready to be purchased . Get to dealership under the impression the vehicle was ready, did all the paperwork and the wasn't to standard. Long story short, I'm still waiting for the vehicle 2024 ES 350 to be ready.”

He broke down all of the pricing and paperwork with me and was very clear. Jessica worked with the bank and made the process very seamless and straightforward and Mak finished the process with my extended warranty options and closing out the deal. Overall, they did a great job, and I didn’t feel pressured one way or another. They represented Lindsay Lexus very well.”
