What their customers say
Quotes from people at Olson Defendorf Custom Homes's customers.
“As an architect, you are always looking for good builders to work with. And I have been very happy with the many projects we have done with Olson Defendorf. They are a very organized company that has a great process for how they do things. The quality of their work is exceptional, as is their attention to detail. We've had many happy clients work with their company, and it's hard to ask for more than that!”
“Olson Defendorf is one of the most professional companies I've ever worked with. I sell and install the tile, wood and carpet in their homes and they are a pleasure to work with. They plan and order enough in advance that we aren't rushed. They keep the cleanest jobsites I've ever seen. Their clients are given good information and communication about the progress of the house. I work a great deal with their desigher, Mindy, and she is so knowledgeable and creative”
“Everybody told us that building a home with any custom home builder was going to be a bad experience in the end. Our reality was just the opposite. Eric, Troy and Mindy were all a pleasure to work with, they were always available, and they followed through on all of their commitments.”
“Olson-Defendorf constructed a home that I designed this past year. This is the first project that we have been involved in together and I must say I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. The work they did was excellent and the finished product was exceptional. As architect of the project I was most pleased with what they produced and their attention to quality and detail. I will continue to recommended them to my clients as a builder of choice. They have a tremendous future ahead of them as shining stars in our industry. They do it right.”
“The Olson-Defendorf team was outstanding in their work and great to deal with at all stages of our project. Their approach to the initial bid process was very thoughtful and easy to understand, their on-going project management system is very helpful and user-friendly, their in house designer Mindy really makes the selection process fun and easy, and the construction team is very talented and responsive. We would definitely recommend Olson-Defendorf for your custom home build.”
