“We had cable service for internet and one land line. The land line was used for our Pest Control business. Cable would often go down on business days. We could backup internet with phone hotspots, but the phone line would be down until service was restored. This happened every couple of weeks during business hours.We have switched to a T-Mobile gateway and an OOMA solution for the phone line. Since switching, we have had NO outages, and OOMA allows us to work remotely from a desktop to take calls, answer get voice mail and make calls - all when we are away from the main office. Excellent!!”
