He noticed one was reconditioned, and the other had original seals. He advised to keep an eye on it and gave great suggestions/insights for the future. Overall I’m super happy that I found you guys. “Jacob Bobuck did a great job installing our new hot water heater. We had a small problem when my water shut off valve wouldn't budge, but Jacob got the old tank out and installed the new one the same day. I had to arrange a water shut off for my whole building, so Jacob could come back and change the shut off switch. The new switches look and work much better, metal as opposed to plastic. Also, a metal drain pan to protect against flood / overflow was installed to replace the plastic one I had before.”
