“Very pleasant & knowledgeable plumber/technician. We had problems with guest room toilet earlier and turned water off. We were afraid to turn it back on! The plumber turned water back on and showed us several things to do in emergency. We are going to look into a new toilet in the coming months, but our old one (at least 40 years old!) is now working! I highly recommend the Preferred Technician & we will request him for any future work.”
