What their customers say
Quotes from people at Rooter Hero's customers.
“My kitchen sink backed up. I called Rooter Hero Plumbing and Joaquin arrived in less than an hour. The problem ended up being more severe than a simple clog. Joaquin kept me up to date on what was happening and provided several options at each step. He blew out the main line and rebuild the pipes under the sink. Joaquin's knowledge and professionalism were outstanding and the repairs did not break the bank. Thank you!”
“Called them on Sunday 1pm for a kitchen sink draining issue. They were able to get me a same day appointment at their coupon price! Shamir was very knowledgeable. He listened to the history of our kitchen draining issues and was able to apply that to this case. He provided recommendations for longer term care and quickly provided us the short-term fix we needed in less than 1hr. Overall I was very satisfied with the service.”
“Joshua is outstanding!! He is professional, courteous, & punctual! He successfully fixed a plumbing horror that I had given up on. Joshua was dedicated, diligent and refused to give up. He was careful with my property and left everything spotless. Additionally, he was meticulously honest, upfront and worked at an extremely fair price. He even looped in his co-worker, Travis who was equally superlative! Thank you both SO much!”
“From making the appointment to receiving the estimate and getting the job done, everything was professional and pleasant. Nate was especially tentative to all the details involved and made great recommendations. Would definitely use again.”
“Excellent service and reasonable estimates. Paul Cortez did an amazing job and the issue has been resolved in a very timely manner. Everything went well. Very flexible and efficient. I highly recommend this company!”
