What their customers say
Quotes from people at Sertex Broadband Solutions's customers.
“I wanted to drop you all a line to say how excellent the service was, and how efficient, tidy, and precise the installation work was. In addition, the technician was extremely patient when answering questions, walking me through the process step by step. The technician even provided me with information on Wi-Fi boosters should I find I need them for better coverage. All in all, exemplary service from a real professional.”
“Through our partnership with Sertex, we are expanding high-speed fiber infrastructure in downtown Hyannis to promote digital inclusivity and innovation. We trust Sertex crews to deliver the same dependable, high-quality technical and customer support service in Hyannis that they’ve provided to our projects over the past decade.”
“The reviews of the Sertex employees have been universally positive. If I were running a company, it would be a source of such great pride for me to have the ability to find and train people who seem to actually give a damn about our network working well.”
“Marlboro residents are excited to see DVFiber hanging strand and fiber on the poles in their neighborhoods. Many have gone out of their way to express that Sertex crews are both professional and friendly, welcoming public curiosity. By leaving a positive impression wherever they work, Sertex is not only advancing the construction of our fiber network but also enhancing DVFiber’s reputation as the ISP of choice in southeast Vermont. Kudos!”
