By Monday afternoon a technician had been at my house, diagnosed the problem and had my unit working again. Every interaction with TNT has been professional and polite. “Our air went out on July 4th. We called TNT around 10:30 on July 5th. Nick arrived around noon to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately we needed both units replaced. Will came out to estimate the job. By 2:30 we had a contract. The technicians came the next day, Saturday, the 6th before 9. That afternoon we had cold air blowing. Great service. I highly recommend them!”
