“All the people at TM were great throughout the process. From Shane, to Kim to the underwriting team. My only critique is that the technology they used to house completed and submitted documents may be a bit flawed. There were several occasions where I had upload documents into my portal only to find out that they were not received and so I had to re-upload. All in all, not really a big deal, but when time is crucial it does detract a bit from the overall experience. Great people none the less and thats the most important part of doing business, the people you work with!”
