“What a bunch of crooks. Avoid at all costs. Started out wanting $2200 to install an electronic water cut off valve. Then dropped that to $1100. I have all the equipment. Its 3 hours work at a maximum and an rady job with eady access and exposed pipes in the garage. Thats almost $400 an hour for a simple job. Thats fraudulant exploitation. Avoid this company at all costs.”

“Our dishwasher was leaking water under the sink. Jacoby came over, looked under the sink where we ran the dishwasher so he could identify where the leak originated. Once found, he identified the solution, priced it and he completed the work. He has a pleasant personality, knows his work and did not leave until we ran the dishwasher to see that there were no leaks. He said he was relatively new…a great hire.”
