What their customers say
Quotes from people at Unifize's customers.
“And it's that's three button clicks if I'm counting right. And it's I don't have to go in with the intent of spending half an hour, an hour compiling and pulling individual records. So I think in that regard, systems do that. If you know that you want to do that. But it it's based on it would be based on me, not based on the system, if that makes sense.”
“I think other softwares can if you know how to do it and you have to go in with that intent, it's a little more effortless within Unifize because I can link a supplier to all the ingredients and an ingredient to all the Lots and all the Lots to all the formulas and finished product it goes into.”
“as an executive at Harmonic Bionics that’s what I had by using Unifize, I literally had the pulse of the quality organization in my hand. I knew what was happening when it was happening and who it was happening almost instantaneously. Now that's powerful for an executive. You able to make those decisions fast. You're able to also influence those decisions.”
“So we're very, very, very pleased with how quick and how efficient the process works. We can tell you that in just one short month, Unifize has been a game changer. We're very excited and we know that will continue to improve and take full advantage of what Unifize has to offer.”
“Unifize team took the data from MasterControl and uploaded it for us. In some instances, we didn't have to touch it at all.”

“You had to fill out spreadsheets and title all your documents. And I mean, the documentation in part was probably one of the most painful processes of the MasterControl that I've ever experienced, which again was nonexistent with Unifize.”
“It was a lot, lot more regimented on how you can get data into the system.”
“So other systems compared to Unifize would take probably six plus months before you could even start to use the system, because then dealt with a bunch of back end training that you had to do in order to learn how to use the system and then figuring out ways to get your data into the system.”
“I mean, for sure, within the first month we were seeing value out of the system, yeah.”
“From there it was almost like this, this cascade of ideas that we threw at the Unifize team. And we had weekly meetings and each week they were just pushing out new features for us and taking what we would discuss and by the next week those features were there for us to start building upon.”
“It's very intuitive. So you can kind of get in there and play with it yourself to build out the features that you're needing.”
“The onboarding process was almost nonexistent. It was almost just immediate. There was no training that you had to go through to figure out how to use the system or how to configure the system.”
“Up and running is, is interesting because I feel like it was almost day one. There was already this the bones of the system that were there for us to kind of go in and start playing with.”
“Like, so it's very responsive. And if I need to get something done now, it gets done now. There's, you can cut to the chaff and get with them what needs to get done.”
“I mean if you think about in just raw turnaround time to close out an issue. In the past, you know, a design update where I'd get all my paperwork ready, send it off, wait two weeks to maybe get a response like now, like literally after this meeting, I may go out and submit a Change Order and it will be approved, maybe even by the time you guys leave, Right?”
“Everybody's looking at the same files. Everybody has the same chat history. There's no obfuscation of what's going on. And so I think having a common understanding of the process that our parts designs, our deviations, quality notifications are going through is really useful. And I think that, it is a time saver for me because ultimately I need to think about the system less and I can just focus on my job more, right?”
“So what I like about Unifize is that I see exactly what's happening with the information or the designs that I am putting forward to get released.”
“I love that. I love the the idea of collaboration and utilizing like maybe one system for everyone to kind of collaborate and not kind of step on each other's toes, so to speak.”
“So that's a 50% savings month on month and that has consistently happened for two years now.”
“Unifize has giving me the ability to make all of my team more effective so I can do a lot more with less heads because we have we are we have eyes and ears everywhere all the time.”
“By the time we got back from our tour of the facility and our walk through, the Mock Recall was done and I actually it was done long before and I had the timestamps in there to prove it, which just kind of blew the auditor away of, okay, I see what you guys have. This is amazing. And that was his response.”
“What Unifize because of the connectivity gave me even now, is something that you have to do it when you're doing a certification audit, for example, and you have a four hour window.”
“So you're going to each of these various document types and updating to make the same change. Whereas now you can make one change on the parent document and are automatically just changes it on everything. So reducing your time there to make the update.”
“And I could do that right now and something that would normally take people hours. I literally could do in 3 minutes.”
“And by Unifize having that, it allows me to change our culture to a culture of quality and continuous improvement.”
“But because Unifize has this high visibility of everything, everywhere, all the time, all at once, it's impossible for people to not acknowledge what we've done, how we've increased throughput, and helped me build that model that I always want to build and always try to build of quality.”
“And Unifize gave me that high level visibility to drill down quickly and make decisions effectively”
“And it would take three weeks to implement from beginning to end. Now it can take a couple of days. That really helped with the adoption and the understanding that yes, we can still move fast, but we need to move fast in a compliant way.”
“A lot of these things take years to happen, whereas with Unifize, we were able to get it done with about four weeks in order to start utilizing our change controls and our documentation controls.”
“And that's kind of been truthfully, that's kind of been my career progression from when I moved up at Nelson to rolling out MasterControl to where I am now. I look backwards and say, I. I know that that's what I would have wanted if I could go back.”
