“This is the kind of dish that makes me realize that there's so many possibilities in the food science world, as evidenced by how damn good the gravy and pepper biscuits are. I've been vegetarian for seven years and this has satisfied any questioning urge within myself to try meat again. Multiple people in my life have heard the biscuits and gravy spiel from me and I hope to influence more in the future. If vegan biscuits and gravy have one fan it's me and if they don't have any then I'm dead.”
