“Justin, in the service department, saved our vacation! We were driving from Oregon to catch the ferry to Victoria and broke down in the mountains. We managed to get to Wilder VW and Justin arranged for us to leave the car with him and catch a ride on their shuttle to the ferry terminal. While we were gone, repairs were made and we were shuttled back once we returned. We got to take our (long awaited) trip, came home safely and on time because of Justin and his team. On top of that, he was incredibly friendly and very easy to work with. We couldn’t be happier!”
