See the Numbers for the Period That Matters

Monthly check-ins, quarterly board updates and grant reports all need numbers for a set period. The date range on each Analytics tab lets you pull exactly that window.

Step 1: Open Analytics

Select Analytics in the left-hand menu. Choose a tab: Engagement, Activity, Progress or Outcomes.

Step 2: Pick a Date Range

Select the date range at the top right, for example Aug 30 - Sep 28, 2026. Choose one of the presets:

  • Today or Yesterday
  • Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Last 12 months
  • This month or Last month
  • This year or Last year

For anything else, choose Custom range and pick the start and end dates on the calendar.

The cards and charts on the tab update for the range you picked. Cards with a "vs last month" figure show how the period compares.
