Nobody Should Slip Away
Job searches stall, people get busy, and some members stop replying. Metaintro helps you spot those people early so you can reach out before they drop off.
Step 1: Check the Gone Quiet List
Select Home in the left-hand menu and scroll to Gone quiet. It lists members with no contact for longer than your quiet threshold, with their current stage next to each name. Select Show more to see everyone.

Step 2: Check Last Contacted
On the Dashboard, each name in the member list shows when they were last active and when your team last contacted them. Settings, Members shows the same information as a table. Use the Any contact date filter to narrow it down.
Step 3: Reach Out
Contact the member however works best for them. To send a message, select Outreach in the left-hand menu, then Send Message.
Step 4: Log It
Select Log check-in next to the member's name, fill in how you reached them and set a next follow-up. Their Last contacted date updates, so your list stays current.

What is the difference between last active and last contacted?

Why is someone still on the list after I called them?
Make sure you logged a check-in. Logging it is what records the contact.
