Your Data Is Never Used to Train AI

We do not use your organization's data to train, fine-tune or improve any general-purpose or foundation AI model. We do not sell, rent or share it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Outside AI Models

When the platform uses an outside AI model, it only receives information that does not identify the member, and that provider does not keep it or train on it.

Metaintro is SOC 2 Type II certified. Our audit report is available under NDA. Ask your Metaintro contact.

Where Your Data Lives

All data is stored and processed in the United States on Microsoft Azure. It is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256).

Signing In Securely

Organizations can use single sign-on through their own identity provider (SAML 2.0 or OIDC, including Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Google). Every account also supports multi-factor authentication. Ask your Metaintro contact to set up single sign-on during onboarding.

If Your Organization Leaves Metaintro

You have 30 days to export your data.
We then delete all of your data from our live systems. Backup copies are purged as backups rotate, within 90 days at most.
On request, we send your administrator written confirmation that the data has been deleted.

You can also ask us to export or delete your data at any time, and we act within 30 days.

What happens if there is a security incident?

If we confirm an incident involving your data, we notify your organization's designated contact within 72 hours.
