Pick Up Where the Member Left Off

Members often talk to the Metaintro career agent between your calls. Their threads show what they asked, what they were told and which jobs came up, so you never start a conversation cold.

Step 1: Open the Member's Threads

From the Dashboard, select the member, then the Threads tab. Each thread shows:

  • Its title, usually the member's first question.
  • A topic tag, such as Readiness, Skill gap or Job search.
  • The number of messages, when it was last active, how many jobs were matched and whether a resume is attached.

Use Filter by to narrow the list.

Other Things You Can Do in a Thread

  • Find jobs: search for roles that fit the member and send them in a reply.
  • Log sent list: record a list of jobs you sent them.
  • Applied off-list: record a job they applied to that was not on a list.
  • Log a conversation: from the + Actions menu, record an outside conversation, like an email thread or call notes, so it stays with the case.
