Give Members Their Own Space
When a job seeker has their own Metaintro account, they can talk to the career agent between your meetings, save jobs and build their resume. Your team sees that activity in their file.
Step 1: Send the Invite
Select Add Member on the Dashboard, enter their email, choose their language and select Send Invite. Everything they see, from signing in to emails and chat, will be in that language.
Step 2: They Accept
The invitation email includes your organization's invitation message. Once they accept, they join your caseload as a member.
Step 3: Welcome Them
If your admin has turned on the welcome email, it goes out after the member accepts.
Sign-In Settings for Admins
In Settings, General, under Portal Authentication Settings, admins can choose:
- Allow self-registration: people can sign up directly on your portal.
- Require invitation: people must be invited to get in.
- Allow password reset: people can reset a forgotten password.
- Allow magic link login: people can sign in with a link sent to their email.
- Require email verification: new users must verify their email first.
Select Save Changes after making changes.
