Your Whole Caseload in One Place

The Dashboard is where you see everyone you support and where each person is in their job search. It is built for quick scanning, so you can spot who is moving and who is stuck.

Step 1: Open the Dashboard

Select Dashboard in the left-hand menu. The member list appears on the left, and the selected member's file opens on the right.

Step 2: Read the Stages

Members are grouped under these stages, each with a count:

  • Invited
  • Intake
  • Searching
  • Resume building
  • Applying
  • Interviewing
  • Offer
  • Placed

Select a stage heading to collapse or expand it. Select Load more members at the bottom to see more people.

Step 4: Open Their File

Select a name to open their file. The tabs across the top are:

  • Details: their profile, stage and next action.
  • Threads: their conversations.
  • Brief: an AI-written summary to help you prepare for a call.
  • Jobs: roles they have saved.
  • Resumes: every version of their resume.
  • Activity: notes and actions your team has logged.
