- Keep Pipeline stage current: move members to Interviewing, Offer and Placed as it happens.
- Record the details: add a note with the employer, role and date for every placement.
- Keep profiles complete: fill in Basics so member records are accurate.
- Check Outcomes: open Analytics, then Outcomes, to see placements and interviews.
