See How Your Program Is Doing
Analytics brings your program's numbers together in one place. Use it to prepare for team meetings, spot members who need support and show funders what your program is achieving.
Step 1: Open Analytics
Select Analytics in the left-hand menu. The date range sits at the top, and the four tabs sit above it.
Engagement: Who Is Using Metaintro
Shows active job seekers, engagement rate, average skills match and check-in rate. Charts show active users over time, how members' skills match jobs, and how many members are highly active, moderately active, low activity or inactive.
Activity: What Members Are Doing
Shows weekly velocity, chat conversations, members using chat and task completion. You will also see weekly applications over time, what members use the AI assistant for (such as resumes, career planning, job search, interview prep and skill gaps) and which days of the week members are most active.
Progress: Who Is On Track
Shows overall progress, skills progress, check-in progress and members on track. It splits members into On track, Near target, Behind schedule and Needs attention, and shows milestones like Profile complete, First application, Skills assessed, 10+ applications and Interview scheduled.
Outcomes: What Your Program Achieved
Shows job placements, interviews secured, success rate and average skills improved, each compared with the previous month where available. Charts show placements and interviews over time and placements by industry.

Why is my check-in rate low?
Check-ins count when your team logs them. Make sure staff log each contact with Log check-in.
