See Every Role in One Place

When you are preparing for a check-in, the first question is often "what have they already seen?" The Jobs tab answers it. It shows the roles your team sent, the roles the member saved, and the ones they applied to on their own.

Step 1: Open the Jobs Tab

Select Dashboard, choose the member from the list, then select the Jobs tab.

Step 2: Read the Three Sections

  • Saved by member: roles the member saved themselves.
  • Sent lists: every list your team logged, grouped into rounds.
  • Applied off-list: roles they applied to that your team did not send.

If no lists have been sent yet, you will see No lists sent yet. Lists you log from Threads appear here.

Step 3: Check Each Round

Each round shows how many roles were sent, how many the member applied to, and any broken links. From the second round on, you also see what is new since the last round and which roles were logged as dead postings. Select Add roles to add to a round.

What Each Status Means

  • Sent, Viewed: the role went out, and the member has opened it.
  • Interested, Applied: the member is acting on it.
  • Interviewing, Offer: the role is moving forward.
  • Rejected, Not interested: it is closed.
  • Dead posting, Broken apply link: the job is gone or the link does not work.

Keep statuses up to date so your whole team sees the same picture.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do sent lists come from?

From the member's thread. Use Find Jobs to send roles in a reply, or Log Sent List to record a list. Logged lists show up on the Jobs tab.

What if the member applied somewhere we did not suggest?

Log it under Applied off-list with what they applied to, where they found it and the date.

Why does a role say Broken apply link?

The link to apply did not work. Find a working link for the role and send it again.
