Understanding the Job Seeker Profile

A member's Details tab shows their profile strength, whether they are search-ready, their stage, their next action and every detail on file. Here is how to read it.

Enterprise

Paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor or Pi.

Know Who You Are Talking To

Before any call or message, the member's profile gives you the essentials at a glance. It also shows which details the member confirmed and which ones were worked out automatically.

The Top of the Profile

When you open a member from the Dashboard, the Details tab shows:

  • Location: where they are, and where that came from, for example From résumé.
  • Prefers: their language preference.
  • Local time: their current time, so you know when to reach out.
  • Profile: a percentage showing how complete their profile is.

Details marked unconfirmed were worked out automatically from other information on file. Confirm them with the member.
